The U.S. Women's Health Alliance Management Team and Associates for Women’s Medicine

15th Semiannual USWHA Conference in Charleston, SC.

Every member, spouse, industry partner, sponsor or guest will need a separate registration. After registering one attendee, and hitting SUBMIT, you will be asked if you'd like to register another attendee.

If you are completing the registration for another person, please include their email address and mobile number (vs. yours) in order for them to get up-to-date information on the conference.

Each Board Member will receive two (2) coupon codes to use at their discretion for Members
in their Group to attend at no additional charge.

Thursday Evening Dinner Reception: 6pm - 9pm ($175.00)
Join us at our Beachside Soirée as we welcome all attendees including Members, Industry Partners, Sponsors, Special Guests and Spouses. Dinner Equivalent.
Friday Educational Conference: Breakfast and Lunch ($150.00)
This is open to all registered Members, Industry Partners and Sponsors.
Friday Dinner: 7pm - 10pm ($180.00)
Enjoy a Southern Charm BBQ dinner, this event welcomes all attendees including Members, Industry Partners, Gold Sponsors, Special Guests and Spouses.
Saturday Business Conference: Breakfast and Lunch ($150.00)
This is open to all registered Members, Industry Partners and Sponsors.
SPOUSE EVENT (Friday) ($125.00)
This private event is for spouses and member guests to build relationships and support a local charity and its mission. Guests will begin their day in the Historic District of Charleston where a licensed guide will lead a walking tour through the quaint, tree-lined streets of Historic Downtown Charleston. You will than enjoy lunch in a private Southern Dining Space.

Terms & Agreements

The above registered attendee of the 15th Semiannual USWHA Conference can receive a full refund for any and all events up until September 25, 2019. After this time, we will not be able to issue a refund as the headcount for food and beverage will have already been finalized with our vendors. The USWHA account will have been charged accordingly after this date.
